I love the shot, and the story behind it is interesting. While the rest the world is wrapped up in style, there are some people who still build according to needs & the wish to have privacy.

I like this shot and the post. IT reminds me: have you read the new book put out by Metropolis last month called Expanding Architecture: Design as Activism? I’m aching to read it. It’s a series of essays about the real (non-bourgeois) purpose of archi.
